Mango Shrikhand or Amrakhand

Mango lovers, here comes another reason to make you lucious. Mango Shrikhand is a yogurt based healthy dessert which is easy to make and very delicious to taste. It has the vitamins and nutrients of mango and yogurt. Enjoy this delicacy at home.
Ingredients :
- 3 cup natural yogurt(curd)
- 2 chopped organic Alphonso mangoes
- 4-5 crushed agreen cardamom
- 1 pinch saffron strands
- ½ cup organic sugar or as required
Method :
- Take the curd in a cheesecloth or muslin or kitchen napkin.
- Tie the cloth and hung the curd for 3-4 hours, and after that, you will get a thick curd.
- Make a puree of organic hapus mangoes.
- Add the hung curd, organic sugar, crushed cardamom, and organic saffron to the same blender with the mango puree, and it blends till smooth.
- Serve Amrakhand in bowls and chill.
