  • Take the curd in a cheesecloth or muslin or kitchen napkin.
  • Tie the cloth and hung the curd for 3-4 hours, and after that, you will get a thick curd.
  • Make a puree of organic hapus mangoes.
  • Add the hung curd, organic sugar, crushed cardamom, and organic saffron to the same blender with the mango puree, and it blends till smooth.
  • Serve Amrakhand in bowls and chill.
